Now that different screens (can) use different templates, we have more room to customize.

Inspired by #146.

Technical notes:

The template-form pairings are specified in TEMPLATES in views.py.
Make use of https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.10/topics/forms/#rendering-fields-manually.

Closing this as not relevant, as we're not testing it. If this week's testing reveals a need for this, I'll implement it as illustration.
