Add "Usability Testing Quality Heuristics" to this list of things to migrate to the UX Guide (referenced in issue 18F/ux-guide#335).

@MelissaBraxton I wanted to make you aware of this outstanding issue in our repo. Let us know if the Methods Team can be of help as the UX Guide is launched!]

@MelissaBraxton in the "Update" section of this issue it talks about Updating the "Privacy impact assessment for design research" and "Privacy act statement for design research" - do you think that belongs as part of this issue?

MelissaBraxton commented 1 year ago

I'm not sure what kinds of updates are needed--the latest drafts were done in 2021 and 2022--years after this issue was created, so I'm guessing the "update" work is done.

The Privacy Act Statement for Design Research is here on the GSA site, and I don't know what we'd need to update there. However, this GSA page points folks to the Privacy Impact Assessment for Design Research, but there is actually no PIA doc for design research listed there.

I found the PIA statement here, so maybe it's just a matter of making sure the PIA statement is findable from the Privacy methods card (and letting whoever is managing the GSA site know it should be added to the list of PIAs)?

Linking to the method card make sense to me.

The PIA reviewed annually by the TTS Research Guild. I'll let them know that its not on the GSA page and they can take it from there.

bpdesigns commented 1 year ago

Removed tasks related to the PIA. According to @megan-moser the TTS Research Guild co-lead, that because research is a process not a system we do not need a PIA.
