A description of the work

Make changes to the IA of the UX guide, particularly around the Research section.

Goals

make content easier to find
make page titles/sections more descriptive (vs. Plan, do...)
Allow for better left navigation

@claireb-gsa this seems to overlap with Make UX Guide "resource" titles consistent and easy to recognize in search results #402

@alia-salim does this ticket seem like a distinct scope that is different from the work you are doing in 402? Not a problem either way - just wanting to make sure I'm clear - Thanks!

@bpdesigns I think there's potentially significant overlap. Claire and I can find a time to talk it through when she's back fully online, if that makes sense as a next step.
