note:

this content should probably be revisited altogether. a couple pages link to this, the original guidance is no longer accessible, and I cannot find the specific text (bullets) referenced. Perhaps there is a better source, or no longer a need for this page as it exists.

Agree - recommend removal of that page and either remove the info box at the top of this page - https://handbook.tts.gsa.gov/travel-and-leave/travel-guide-table-of-contents/#gsa-resources-2 - or relink to this location - https://insite.gsa.gov/employee-resources/travel-and-events
