Look into the viability of using SHA-3 where possible for our certificate generation. I'm expecting limited client support, and limited implementations. But let's know, and let's keep an eye going forward.

My research is that this is way way too early to talk about implementations. It's quite far along, and there are some libraries out there, but the spec is not yet fully finalized.
