Move intake page to jekyll #559

One of the most visited pages on the existing Hub is the intake page. This is a page that has not yet been migrated to the handbook, and may in fact be its own corpus. Andrew has discuss with Will S (the owner of this page) and we want to investigate moving it to its own jekyll site and then seeing how we can add it to the search results

Acceptance Criteria; Meet with Mike B to get some ideas about how to manage this. we can groom with the team after that
