This is Funnel View query version2. The major update is that we require 'Email and Password Authentication' is success and remember_device is True. It is a more reasonable criterion for Funnel View Analysis. Detailed change is documented in the Authentication-Funnel.sql file.

Since Laura did a git-branch-filter, lots of git history are changed. So just Close this PR and rebase this branch from the latest master. And issue another PR for this.
