Update the README doc

To help a team member get familiar with identity-design-assets repo and how to contribute to it
To introduce a team member to setting up their Sketch app with a login library
- How to download the login font families
- How to use appearance and text styles
- How to use symbols
To introduce a team member to using illustrations for their slides, projects, etc.
