I am utterly baffled about how my PR was merged to stages/prod Tuesday (and shows up in the history), but is also here and shows up in the main..stages/prod diff as not being there.

I'm just going to say that people demanded an encore performance.

I think this is my fault. We cherry-picked your commit onto the release branch when we probably should have rebased.

I will remove the changelog associated with Matt's commit, Account verified email: Prompt user to return to SP (https://github.com/18F/identity-idp/pull/11295), and move forward with the merge.
