That sinking feeling ... when you think you've done this before. 😨 I think we tried but failed to consolidate these files before. A lot of code duplication wrt wifi search internals, but perhaps there was a reason why... if so it escapes me at the moment.
Anyway, this PR refactors wifi-hardware-search-cli to use internal library files only. We need this since we are going to support Windows and I didn't want to update the code in two different places.
