I did not see Google Form to Answer DRAFT RFP Response Questions. I see only survey about company information #27

For our current request for information which includes the Draft Response questions, we have not included the Google Form response. When we release the RFP for bid, we will include a link to the Google Form, to which interested vendors can submit their proposals at that time.
