a. Can you clarify what type of a mock up you are looking for? (i.e. photoshop file with static document or live HTML) Gunner would recommend using a live HTML file for faster development and quicker changes.

The format of the mockups will depend on users’ needs, the team’s preferred design tools, and what the project team determines is necessary to test design hypotheses. We anticipate that mockups and prototypes of varying levels of fidelity may be needed over the course of the project, including but not limited to paper prototypes, static files, clickable or interactive prototypes. All mockups will be submitted to the government and be included as part of public domain. Please consult our existing repositories - and issues on vendor forks to see examples of mockups that have been developed as part of this effort.
