Question/Comment

The Draft RFP indicates the government will review company and personnel GitHub profiles, example projects, and resumes for proposed personnel for strength of experience in relevant projects. At least one of the Key Personnel outlined in Section 4.2.1 corresponds to individuals who do not necessarily have a strong Github presence (i.e., the User Researcher and potentially the Scrum Master). For these individuals, would the government accept links to other forms of online portfolios?

In the Technical Quote response questions, you will note that for some key positions that GitHub profiles are optional. We will update the RFP to better indicate this within the evaluation criteria section 6.2.
