Question/Comment

Can the bullet point starting with "Work will be conducted in two-week sprints and .... can be modified to "Deliver working software frequently, from a couple of weeks to a couple of months, with a preference to the shorter timescale, and provide a Working software to the customer, Provide Customer-centric product development – ensuring that product development starts with customers and incorporates their input every step along the way. Welcome changing requirements, even late in development for the customer's competitive advantage.". Our hypothesis is: There are several Agile framework, strategies and application delivery automation solutions. By structuring this way we are giving an opportunity for the responses to consider a diverse a set of strategies and respond with solutions for frameworks, operating model and change management structure that will help us achieve business value within the context of Forest Services applications
