Addition to Section 2.4

• Define/Propose the team and their interaction model on daily/weekly including the roles, map the responsibilities and definition of work
• Define a flexible Team composition model that are empowered to work across the silos with simplicity by maximizing the output of the work
• Provide the most efficient and effective method of conveying effective collaborative & communication tools
• Identify/Enable application life cycle repository/tools that supports team agility and continuous delivery
• Provide facilitation platform, the adds as a catalyst to shepherd and optimize a decision making process without participating in the decision.
• Automate most of the day to day operations that will maximize the productivity every day
