[Company] is on the 18F Agile BPA so we’re curious why we received this notice if we’ve already been “vetted” by 18F?

Why is 18F looking to procure outside of the 18F Agile BPA?

Small digital businesses on Schedule 70 received the notice because we wanted to draw their attention to the draft RFP.

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, TTS is interested to see whether we can increase competition and deliver value using a variety of procurement strategies. This is our first buy outside of the Agile BPA and we’re interested in seeing lessons learned and gathering feedback from both our partners at the Forest Service and industry.
