The issue covers fixing a bug with the grid on the 18F Methods site.

Currently, the page header and the footer text are not spanning the full page. Content within card sections is not spanning the full width of the section.

When full screen and at larger screen widths, the page header and footer text wrap awkwardly and do not match the width of the rest of the footer or the main content.
