What happens to edit for archived auctions? #1334

Following up on #1304

Should the edit link be disabled for auctions that are now archived?
If click to edit form allowed, should the user be allowed to submit edits from the page?
If click to edit form allowed, it seems like we need some text at top of form about archived

Interesting. I think we missed that scenario in grooming. We can talk about this at our next meeting but I don't think that users will need to edit archived auctions.
