Back-fill data for previous dates #1484

This story is to go back in time to when we started collecting data, and create the ability to see over time how each of our metrics have changed.

If possible do this for the following metrics at least:

[ ] Total savings by start price
[ ] Total savings by bid
[ ] Total number of vendors
[ ] Total number of small businesses
[ ] Total number of active vendors
[ ] Success rate
