Staging #167

I had to add various resources that they're going to want on the main site before we're ready to move everything from gh-pages over, so I went ahead and just did it all in a separate staging branch. So this is merging it in just to gh-pages and then once it's clear we can merge staging into master.

A little clunky, but maybe would be helped by having a staging site separate from gh-pages, which would then live solely as a development site.

So I merged gh-pages into staging to resolve conflicts. Before deploying to the live site remember to revert that commit so we don't move anything that's not ready from gh-pages.
