Most support requests for sign-on services involve forgetting usernames or passwords. We don't have any passwords, but there are other problems users might have accessing existing accounts, making new ones, or signing in. Those problems could be on our side, or they could be a bug in the implementation. What kinds of support can or should we provide? How will individual users know where to go to get help?
