Repository of DoD Project Personas #8

Create a central repository/archive of all of the DOD personas from the national security portfolio projects.

Also might be worth touching base with the design team at DDS to see if they have something similar, or a similar need,

@mheadd I have reviewed a bit of the projects and have a few questions. Are you looking for the specific project end user persona or the business management personas (project sponsor, finance director, CIO)? The end user persona will be a little hard to document unless someone was was on the project as a lot of the projects don't have existing personas.

Would both types of personas (end user vs. business management) would be most valuable to use? Is there value in the business management personas? @jdamis4XD

It depends what we determine as the value capturing theses types of personas for projects going forward. I found it hard to create the project level personas as a lot of the projects didn’t capture the pain points of the varying user groups. Without project insight I would be taking a stab in the dark. Maybe an archetype might be better suited for service member, service member business management, etc.
