I've also heard from new hires that it was comforting to be able to learn about our onboarding procedures publicly accessible on the Hub before they started.
I also recently made a USDS staffer's day by showing him the Hub; being able to show it publicly helped to address a shared need.
The plans are to make this public, yes - waiting on some QA'ing - because there is the potential to share internal info here.
Is there a good reason not to?
