Rework content to use relative assets instead of S3-hosted files

...or otherwise get the paragraph and block content that's been exported to display the relevant images without including overly environment-specific information in href or src references.

This is an artifact of the ("default") content export process. Hat tip to @pburkholder for spotting it.
