From Prem: In terms of overall layout, is it possible to include expandable sections like DHS uses here: https://www.dhs.gov/privacy-documents-department-wide-programs? If not, simple links that navigate to new pages should be fine, too.

We would like to include 4 sections underneath the Privacy Compliance page (https://federalist-proxy.app.cloud.gov/site/18f/pclob/privacy/) in the following order:

Privacy Compliance Website Privacy Policy Agency Rule on the Privacy Act of 1974 Privacy Act System of Records Notice Privacy Impact Assessments

We have some privacy-related content spread out on our current website, and the new Privacy Compliance page is the right place to consolidate. More information about the content under each:

“Website Privacy Policy” should be the section heading above all the text currently on the Privacy Compliance Page. Could you please restore the bullets (rather than paragraph form) that we use in our current website under the first paragraph and the subheading “What Information is Collected”? See https://www.pclob.gov/website-privacy-policy.html. The bullets make the policy more readable. Under the subheading on “Interaction with Children,” please delete the sentence that reads “Therefore, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) does not apply.”

Agency Rule on the Privacy Act of 1974. This should include the following information that’s currently available here: https://www.pclob.gov/library.html

(Download Link) Finalized agency rule implementing the Freedom of Information Act, the Privacy Act of 1974, and the Government in the Sunshine Act. This rule describes the procedures for members of the public to request access to PCLOB records. In addition, this rule also includes procedures for the Board’s responses to these requests, including the timeframe for response and applicable fees.”

Privacy Act System of Records Notice. Info currently found: https://www.pclob.gov/library.html (Download Link) In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board created a system of records titled, "PCLOB–1, Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act Request Files."

Privacy Impact Assessments Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) help the public understand what personal information the agency is collecting, why it is being collected, and how it will be accessed, used, shared, and secured.
