What: List all PII

Depends on:

6 and #7

Why: We think that for OMB A130, agencies need to keep an inventory of PII. We should give them an easy way to do that.

How:

1. Create a spreadsheet with a row for each system and columns for the PII.
2. Use the approved approach from the research task to create this list of PII.

Acceptance: We have a partner approved list of PII in a spreadsheet.

We were thinking we would need to do work to our list of categories of record to get the PII out it. We've now decided that Categories of Record and PII are basically the same thing.
