We've talked before as a group about doing remote design studios. Given that remote work has increased, we could collect what we've learned and create a guide for running a remote design studio.
Some ways I know folks have done it:
Creating a mural of prebuild components for people to work with
Giving "homework" so prep people for the session, and let them sketch ideas async
Independent sketching and walk throughs with video cameras, or sharing in slack / doc / mural
