formatting issues on the individual errors page #568

I'm seeing some flukish formatting on the individual a11y error pages - e.g., https://staging.pulse.cio.gov/accessibility/domain/cfo.gov#MissingImageDescriptions.

I suspect it's because of when I had to find/replace tabs with commas, but will go back and confirm.

This appears to be resolved.

I've checked every instance where I saw it happening before and all appear to be fixed. I'm closing.
