Adjust donut chart to reflect customer-satisfaction #693

In the customer satisfaction section, we need to modify it to reflect customer satisfaction data

I've changed the language for the donut but we need to be generating a customer-satisfaction.json that looks like this at this location.

In the interim, I've created such a file to serve as a placeholder and changed the include to look there.
