Here are the necessary steps, as described in the document:

• [x] Retrieve the list of current users for the information system.
• [x] Review the list for accuracy
  • [x] Ensure only users with a business need have access
  • [x] Ensure each user is given the appropriate role.
  • [x] Note any user that should be changed from active to inactive.
  • [x] Note users that should be deleted.
• [x] Make necessary adjustment to the user list (i.e., changing user roles or active status)
• [x] Sign and send the statement (see next page) to the (Pulse) Information System Security Officer (ISSO) certifying the review has been completed.
