Site isn't showing data #788

Our chief suspect for the cause of this was a refactoring of the .gov list in github.com/gsa/data that was pushed yesterday. The refactoring is great and makes lots of improvements, but likely made it so that pulse couldn't read the file correctly for today's scan.

Here's the suspect PR from yesterday - https://github.com/GSA/data/pull/136/files.

I'm now going to revert that change and then try and rebuild/re-run pulse.

Thanks to @konklone, the site has been rebuilt with data from 4-25.

Some users may need to do a hard refresh.

A scan is running now to populate the site with 4-27 data.
