Could the government describe how they expect the awarded vendor will access the NBIS systems e.g. over the public internet, or via API through DISA’s internal network?

The government will provide the awarded team with details on accessing a private network where NBIS program teams have access to common tools and platforms that enable collaboration with other teams and access to locations for code delivery.
