User research for vendors to build on: What research has been done to date about users and user categories? Where can vendors view users personas, archetypes or experience principles and validation derived from research? What usability testing has been done to date with the current prototype?

The NBIS program, and eApp module specifically, takes user research seriously and has conducted close to 20 sprints of testing covering the broad user experience questions, usability testing, and accessibility testing which have involved dozens, if not hundreds, of individuals. The government will provide all relevant research and design artifacts to the awarded team.
