There are multiple live issues in the github https://github.com/18F/e-QIP-prototype. Is DISA expecting the awarded vendor to fix these issues, as well as new ones that arise for the existing code, or are these being handled by another team?

Work will be based on the sprint planning cycle as proscribed in agile software development, managed and prioritized by the government. Existing issues in the current repository may be included in future development cycles.
