Is the current prototype leveraging a current third party authentication service like Login.gov? If not, will the vendor be responsible for working with a third party authentication service to integrate or would the vendor be responsible for creating a custom authentication service?

The vendor will not be responsible for creating an authentication solution. One will be provided by the government for the vendor or the government to integrate with eApp.
