You say usability testing research and results must be publicly available: Can you clarify the term “public” in this instance? If available to the general public, is anonymized and aggregated data acceptable? Is research to date publicly available?

User research has been provided in public via blog posts and sharing within the federal community. The government will determine what artifacts should become publicly available. The nature and contents of any artifacts will be reviewed and approved by the government prior to publishing.
