Question/Comment

You state “The Contractor shall be responsible for daily operations as well as coordinating and communicating with the DISA Product Owner and GSA/TTS team” Is the DISA Product owner already named and been working on the prototype? What other stakeholders does the PO need to be accountable to? What role is GSA/TTS team expected to play? What is the composition of the team?

The DISA product owner is identified and has worked within the NBIS program. 18F has supported the current and former DISA product owner for eApp over the past two years in a variety of functions and purposes including but not limited to: product coaching, user experience research, software development, and visual design. The composition of the team moving forward is flexible given the demands of the project and DISA program leadership. 18F will continue to support NBIS from a vendor management and oversight perspective in addition to any advisory or implementation needs of DISA/NBIS. DISA/NBIS will act as the primary product owner with support from 18F staff.
