Can you clarify “foreign born” in this scenario? Is the assumption the applicant spent part of their adult life living in another country or that they were just born there? Are they still living abroad or residing in the United States?

Foreign born is intended to convey that the applicant was born in another country and spent a portion of their life living in another country. The user persona(s) may be currently living in the United States or another country.
