Will the vendor team work alongside existing govt developers for a larger combined team, or will the work be handed off to the vendor team to work in its entirety?

The awarded vendor team will be responsible for collaborating with other contractor staff and government developers as the government product owner prioritizes and directs via the sprint planning process.
