Question/Comment

In the list of epics it mentions “Users can easily navigate and complete eApp from the most common desktop and phones platforms as well as screen readers.” Can the government clarify which desktop and mobile platforms should be supported? Please include versions and browsers where applicable.

The government has tested extensively on Chrome (recent versions) and Internet Explorer 11. Mobile versions of Safari and Chrome have also been tested. JAWS has been employed as a screen reading tool and accessibility testing software like HTML_CodeSniffer has also been utilized for testing.

The government expects the awarded team to support testing efforts on the browsers above and any others that are identified and prioritized by the Product Owner over the course of development.
