Question/Comment

Under “GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED PROPERTY” the RFQ mentions “A DevOps platform for test and integration into the broader NBIS System of Systems.” As a vendor familiar with system modernization efforts, we’re painfully aware of how much hidden complexity there can be integrating with legacy systems. Can the government provide an understanding of the expected legacy integrations within the proposed award period?

The NBIS platform has a phased development approach where the eApp module. Integrations with other modules will evolve over time as other modules develop. The NBIS program has other contract support for system integrations and the eApp team will work closely with that integrator as time passes. Code will be developed in a common test environment and the government will provide direction as it regards to the nature and frequency of interaction and collaboration with the integration team.
