change request update timeline #1673

Hi Tock team, In the past weeks I've made two change requests (for the same change) and my Tock still remains unchanged. Please advise why, as my project lead is looking to close-out with accurate (Tocked) hours. Thank you, Hannah

Hi Hannah -

The Tock dev team (here in GH) is not the same people as the Tock admins who can update timecards, and those folks are not here in GH.

Can you please follow up in the #tock channel in slack and (kindly) ask there?

Hi Kelsey, thanks for the clarification. Will do.

Perhaps adding that to the Tock page is for the dev team? The way I got here was the "For questions, suggestions, or bug reports, please file an issue." so perhaps we can link the questions portion of that statement to Slack for questions like mine?
