Do all training requested in sales force have to be routed to the 18F OCSIT HSSO? And the OAS HSSO?

Might there be a time when a request does not have to be routed all the way up to OAS HSSO?

No, only if travel required.

Sale force requires HSSO approval with training w/ travel and conferences.
