In the Request for Quotation, on page two of the RFQ document, the Technical Submittal states: "Vendors shall submit their AWS Authorized Government Reseller letter (this letter shall confirm the Vendor is an AWS Partner Network (APN) Advanced Consulting Partner and an Authorized Government Reseller) to demonstrate they are an authorized Government reseller and that they offer all AWS IaaS suites in all 3 FedRAMP approved AWS regions, including AWS East/West, AWS GovCloud, AWS GovCloud High for the base and option period."

Would GSA consider a Standard Consulting Partner for submission of a bid since the Standard Consulting Partner is sufficient to meet the requirements as an authorized Government reseller and provide the AWS Authorized Government Reseller Letter stating that they will offer all AWS IaaS suites in all 3 FedRAMP approved AWS regions, including AWS East/West, AWS GovCloud, AWS GovCloud High for the base and option period?

Please clarify if you are asking about standard partner vs authorized reseller or standard partner vs advanced partner vs premier partner?

Good Morning Michelle I am submitting a response on behalf of FPTS-egorndt who is offsite and working from her phone.

We are looking for clarification in regards to Registered vs Standard vs Advanced vs Premier. Please see the graph attached and the “Unlock Program” Section under Standard. Standard partners (such as Four Points) have the ability to resell and and participate in the Public Sector program. This means that as a Standard Consulting partner, Four Points can still meet the requirements for supporting/providing the AWS specifications. aws apn partner tiers

Section 1.1 of the RFQ is updated to read as follows:

Vendors shall submit their AWS Authorized Government Reseller letter (this letter shall confirm the Vendor is an AWS Partner Network (APN) Consulting Partner at the Standard level or higher and an Authorized Government Reseller) to demonstrate they are an authorized Government reseller and that they offer all AWS IaaS suites in all 3 FedRAMP approved AWS regions, including AWS East/West, AWS GovCloud, AWS GovCloud High for the base and option period. GSA TTS will verify all submitted information on the AWS Channel Reseller Program website. All documentation shall be submitted through the GSA TTS-wide AWS IaaS RFQ Response Form.
