What is the composition of the incumbent's team compared to the composition of 5 FTEs (Architect, Programmers, PM, QA/Tester, and Deployment Specialist) provided in SOW 2.0?

This is a new requirement and there is no method to compare any previous contract with the requirements of the RFQ.
