Question/Comment

Please clarify what is meant by Application deployment, Database management, Website content management, and website administration as actual deliverables.

As described in the RFQ, Data.gov works by putting all of its current tasks as issues on the GitHub repositories listed in the RFQ. In the acceptance criteria, it is stated that the program will evaluate the work of the vendor and "close" each issue in GitHub and accept that work. Looking at the open issues in the GitHub repositories will show the actual technical tasks that the vendor will work on.
