INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS; page 14 section f. and last sentence in 2nd paragraph.

Question/Comment

The total proposed price (including all options) is required information on the cover page in the RFQ response, but instructions also say that technical proposals must be sanitized of any pricing information. Please clarify whether to include price information on the cover page or only in price quotation document.

The cover page should be a separate file attachment from the technical proposal.
