Page 14: Quotation   shall   be   formatted   for   viewing/printing   using   8.5   by   11­inch   paper   size,   single  sided,   and   in   electronic   pdf   format.   The   technical   volume   is   limited   to   no   more   than   12,  single­sided   pages   in   total.

Question/Comment

Please confirm that the cover page, table of contents, attachments, Executive Summary, and tables/graphics are not counted towards the 12-page limit.

The Cover Page and the Table of Contents are not counted toward the 12-page limit.
