On page 6 of the SOW the government states:

To perform these functions, the Data.gov PMO estimates that on a per month basis, the project team will consist of ○ 1 FTE Project Manager ○ . 5 FTE Architect ○ 2 FTE Programmer ○ 1 FTE Deployment specialist ○ .5 FTE Quality Assurance/testing

Question/Comment

Zolon Tech has done a detailed analysis of the program, issues, and desired state. Will the government allow for deviations in the PMO estimates to ensure that the government gets the best value.
