{ask away!} This section reads, “This factor also considers the education, experience, knowledge, and the necessary skills of the offeror’s staff entomologist and each service technician or other technical personnel assigned to the contract.” We believe this is a typo. Should the requirement be applicable to the roles described in Section 4.0 of the solicitation (Project Manager, Architect, Programmer, Deployment Specialist, QA / Testing)?
